Besides using the usual methods ( fax, ordinary mail, telephone) you can carry out your order using the order form. The boxes marked with an asterix are mandatory.
Besides the Canaries, Iberian Peninsula and the Baleares, we only supply by container. By this method it is possilble to combine the quantities of products requested.
Negotiable according to the guarantees and usual conditions of foreign trade. LAFEPACK reserves the right to require exceptional conditions or previous payment in certain conditions.
The delivery periods will be sent attached with the conditions of the order. In order to be more accurate with this communication it is important that we are supplied with details of quantities and place of delivery. With regard to International deliveries we will be conditioned by the frequency of maritime and airline connections.
ü In which markets are Lafepack products commercialized?
Iberian Peninsula, Canary Islands, Marrocco, Senegal, Mauritania y other countries of sub-saharan Africa. For other destinations please consult.
LAFEPACK offers a variety of delivery methods according to the geographical region of your company:
- Iberian Peninsula, Canaries and Baleares by grupaje or container.
- Marroco, Mauritania,Senegal and other countries of Sub Saharan Africa by container.
All other countries by container depending on availability of service.

ü Who can request an e-mail account in Lafepack digital?
All clients (physical or judicial), employees, suppliers and personnel of public organisations or colaborating organizations. For reasons of service limitations, LAFEPACK reserves the right to decline applications.
ü How many email accounts can I request?
One per each of the beneficiaries mentioned in the previous section. However and for special reasons a second account may be given depending on availability of the service.
ü What differences are there in WEBMAIL and traditional e-mail accounts?
WEBMAIL
- Counts on an
email address independant of the access supplier.
- You can check your mail from any computer.
- Does not need
any special program.
- Mail is seen through the web.

How do I create an e-mail account?
LAFEPACK digital supplies you with a free email account which you can access through the web.
To create an account follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the WEBMAIL button.
2. Click on request service.
3. Fill in the details requested. The boxes marked with an asterix are mandatory.
4. Click the button Accept.
5. Like a normal postal address, the email account must be unique. Henceforth, it is possible that the username you have indicated in the field Identifier is not available and so you have to enter a new Identifier.
6. Once the application is authorized and communicated to you, you may begin to use your email account.

Our range of products covers a wide range of sectors: distribution, food, fishing, industry, catering, hospital and agriculture.
ü Can I request products which do not appear in the on line catalogue?
You may consult us about any product which may not appear in the online catalogue. We will inform you as soon as possible as to the possibilities of production. In this consultation it is important that you supply us with as much information possible regarding the product.
ü Technical and Sanitary guarantees
All of our products are complient with the technical and sanitary guarantees required by the most demanding markets. These guarantees will be given upon request if so desired.
ü Advisory of containing and packaging
In the service area, manuals of containers and packaging, labeling and paletizado are available with the purpose of providing advice on characteristics and other data of interest on the products. However if you prefer a personalized consultation please direct them to lafepack@lafepack.com, your reply will only be attended in Spanish.
